Ethan is a Bitcoin open source developer and co-author of OP_CAT (BIP-347) and P2MR (BIP-360). He is currently working on making Bitcoin safe to use even if quantum computers get powerful enough to threaten cryptography. He has a PhD in Computer Science from Boston University.
